My client in the Retail industry is looking for an Administration Assistant with Basis Bookkeeping skills to join their team. Their offices are based in Gardens, Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

– Stock taking.

– Generating PO’s and GRV’s

– Stock warehouse transfers

– Stock ordering

– Stock management online. Website and Takealot.

– Product uploading – Website and Takealot

– Managing Takealot orders / stock control and returns.

– Booking couriers.

– Courier recons.

– Keeping the office and store room tidy.

– Filing.

– Organising cloud based storage and keeping up to date.

– Creating invoices.

– Generating and sending Statements.

– Regular recons of consignment stock.

– Updating wholesale catalogues and price lists.

– Updating wholesale email lists.

– Sourcing and comparing quotes. Printing, Packaging etc.

Requirements and Knowledge:

Be neat, diligent and meticulous
Excellent computer skills
Basic Bookkeeping experience
Matric/Grade 12
Working hours

Monday – Friday 09h00-17h00

Salary

R 8 000 – 10 000 depending on experience
