Qualifications required:
BCOM CIMA / CA / Equivalent - An advantage

Responsibilities:
-
Design, implement and monitor processes to manage and report on
profitability in conjunction with the management team of the departments

- Be responsible for the timeous commission calculation and pay-outs together with Human Resources
- Implement processes to identify main cost drivers and work with the management team to reduce costs and increase efficiencies
- Design and monitor benchmarks for the various categories
- Be responsible for the financial management and team management of the below for the various customers serviced:
Accounts payable, Inventory, Invoicing, Syspro & Pastel admin, Recruitment and Reporting
