Durban. Leading distributors of premium alcohol brands seeks target-driven Sales Representative with relevant on-consumption alcohol sales experience to join their Sales team and actively boost product sales and create brand awareness across the brand’s portfolio.


The Employee’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Boost product sales and create brand awareness across the Employer’s brand portfolio
Brand portfolio / increase brand awareness and boost product sales
Brands and product knowledge/training
The Employee’s duties will be:
Long-term marketing strategy
Organise events, create promotions and incentive ideas in-line with the marketing strategy to boost product sales
Assistant where need with the organisasing of national events like, e.g. Whisky Live, Wade Bales, Spar Trade shows, etc
Assist with distribution and delivery
Identify new consumers
Grow menu listings of the Employer’s brand portfolio
Identify On-Consumption advertising opportunities
Visit On-Consumption customers and venues and build good relationships with the owners, managers and staff
Increase the overall visibility of the brands in On-Consumption venues and outlets
Anticipate customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
Provide training to customers, bar teams, promoters, etc. on the brands and the perfect serve
Brief and train promoters on the brand guidelines
Monitor sales and depletions for the On-Consumption market
Support the sales teams and key account managers in retention of existing customers
Targeted driven sales
