We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to assist with the day-to-day administraion and financial aspects of the Company. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years office administration and bookeeping experience to income statement level.

Duties & Responsibilities
Counterpoint is looking for an experienced office administrator to start as soon as possible.

Key Outputs of the role include:

Order capturing and invoicing on Pastel
Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams to foster enhanced client relationships
Perform all bookkeeping duties to income statement level
Reconcile month-end statements
General administration duties for the Directors as required
Desired Experience & Qualification
Financial/ office administration experience

Proficient on Pastel

3-5 years experience within a similar role

Internal and external sales experience preferred

Strong bookkeeping knowledge and experience to income statement level

Understanding of income statements

Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables etc)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with all stakeholders

Excellent problem solving skills

Ability to work well within a team and independently

Package & Remuneration
CTC Package dependent on skills and experience
