Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Ensure compliance with all applicable HR legislative requirements with national laws regulated by the Department of Labour. Filing of all statutory returns.
Personnel Management and Administration including leave administration management.
Desired Experience & Qualification
The qualifying candidate must have at least 5 years experience.
Min - Bcom or BA in Human Resources Management
- Honors or higher in Human Resource Management / psychology will be an advantage
